The Children of Conservation non-profit is based out of Atlanta but focused on primate preservation and protection in underserved areas of Africa. This far-reaching organization takes a holistic approach to problem solving and is currently working on opening a secondary school to support the population surrounding a primate reserve. Helping local people, animals, and the environment keeps founders busy and charity events like these help them achieve their lofty goals. In addition, Beats & Eats benefits the innovative work of The Giving Kitchen which is constantly shifting it’s focus to support timely and urgent crisis responses within the community and the restaurant field. Working with 100% of the profits from their restaurant, Staplehouse, and events like these, The Giving Kitchen makes a difference everyday in the Atlanta area and beyond.
