Novare Events is committed to ensuring all guests can enjoy their time at our venues. Some of our properties are historic buildings, which may limit certain types of accessibility modifications. However, we aim to provide accurate information and reasonable assistance for all visitors.
103 West
Parking & Arrival: Designated accessible parking spaces are available. Valet service may also be offered at certain events—please contact your event host for details on availability. An accessible entrance is provided for guests requiring step-free access.
Entrance Accessibility: Accessible entrances are available and include step-free access via ramps. Door widths at accessible entrances accommodate standard mobility devices. Entrances are manually operated. Please note that interior connections between certain areas may require stair use, as outlined below.
Interior Accessibility: There is no interior elevator between the upper and lower levels. Many events are held entirely on a single level to maintain accessibility for guests. For events utilizing both levels, guests may access the lower level through an alternate exterior entrance, which provides step-free entry.

Entrance Accessibility: The main entrance is step-free and includes a manually operated door. All entrances offer level entry into the venue.
Interior Accessibility: All event spaces are located on a single level, and guests can move between areas using fully accessible interior pathways.

Interior Accessibility: An interior elevator offers step-free access to both levels of the venue. The courtyard space can be accessed via a ramp.

The Biltmore Ballrooms
Parking & Arrival: Accessible parking spaces are available within the parking garage. Please note that the parking garage is not directly attached to the venue, and guests must walk from the parking garage to the venue (300-400 feet). Guests may be dropped off directly at the main entrance for easier access. Some events may also offer valet service—please contact your event host for details regarding valet availability.
Entrance Accessibility: The main entrance is located at street level, providing accessible entry into the building.
Interior Accessibility: A ramp from the Salon level provides access to the cocktail reception areas and restrooms for all ballrooms.
- Georgian Ballroom: A wheelchair lift connects the Salon level (cocktail reception and restrooms) to the ballroom level.
- Imperial Ballroom: A ramp provides access from the Salon level to the perimeter of the ballroom. Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the central floor area of the Imperial Ballroom.

Parking & Arrival: Curbside drop-off and pick-up are permitted for guests with accessibility needs. There are six designated accessible spaces located in the parking lot directly across from the venue. Please note that these spots are located on a gravel surface. Entrance Accessibility: All primary entry doors and additional access points are manually operated and ADA-compliant. A ramp is available for step-free access to the entrance.
Interior Accessibility: Ramps are available both inside and outside the venue to provide access between event spaces.
Restrooms: Both restrooms are ADA-compliant and include an accessible stall.
