Guardian Works

Echo Street West is a 19-acre development along the new Westside Beltline created by Lincoln Property Company. The development, a multiuse space, is set to include an open-air bar and dining experience, condos, hotel, and office space. Guardian Works, The Event Space at Echo Street West, will be a distinctive offering in Atlanta’s events scene. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building will feature 8,000 SF of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 SF of covered patio space, which spills into a 10,000 SF courtyard in front. The space will be operated by Novare Events, Atlanta’s premier events operator, and is sure to be a must-visit venue for all kinds of gatherings including weddings, city wides, festivals, large cocktail, and others using all of the spaces combined.

CAPACITY & RATES

The maximum capacity of the space may vary from below due to seating requirements, dance floor size, catering needs, and audio/visual needs. The 13,000-square foot event space can comfortably accommodate 1,200 guests:

Guardian Works can be arranged from intimate weddings of 125-250 guests to cocktail style events of up to 1,200 attendees.

BEVERAGE & CATERING

For events held at Guardian Works, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. A complete overview of our beverage services is included in the rental information kit.

For catering events at Guardian Works, Novare Events has relationships with the best catering companies in Atlanta. Browse our list of approved caterers. You may use any florist or decorator.

PARKING

Please inquire for details. Each event is different and we will manage parking case by case. Valet services can be quoted for additional parking needs.
